Terms and Conditions

Duration:

The rental is agreed for the contracted period, extensions are possible after mutual agreement with DHAMNA CAR.
In case of non-return of the vehicle at the agreed term, DHAMNA CAR reserves the right to take back the vehicle wherever it is, at the expense of the renter.

Driver Profile and Age:

Only the driver named in the contract may drive.
Age requirement: The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.

Delivery / pick-up :

Vehicles can be delivered or picked up at the location of your choice. (Airports, Hotels, Stations, etc…).
A credit card imprint is required upon delivery.
The use of vehicles on unpaved tracks is absolutely forbidden.

Long-term rental :

On request, very advantageous rates for any rental of more than one month.
Daily rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
Weekly rates are calculated on the basis of 7 consecutive days.

Payment :

Payment can be made by Swift transfer, by credit card.
Our rates include unlimited mileage, lubricants and vehicle maintenance, delivery / recovery of the vehicle.
Our prices are expressed in Euros AND/OR dirhams.

Insurance :

The vehicles are insured. However, for any damage, a non-redeemable deductible of up to 20% of the value of the vehicle remains payable by the driver in the event that he/she is partially or fully liable. For any accident, a report is mandatory.
